Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary. We appreciate your patience during these times.

International Shipping
We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard and express shipping. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Please note that the availability of shipping methods may vary depending on your location and the items in your order.

UK Import Duties & Taxes
Orders valued at £140 or less (including product price and shipping) are typically not subject to import duties. For orders over £140, UK Customs may apply import duties, VAT, and/or clearance fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are set by UK authorities and are not controlled by us, refusing to pay them may result in your order being returned or disposed of without a refund. Hears does not cover or reimburse any such charges.

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs clearance processes or carrier issues may impact delivery times. 

Change of Address
After the order is placed, our team works quickly to prepare it for shipping, sometimes within just a few hours. Because of this, we can’t always guarantee that changes to the shipping address can be made. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist if your order hasn’t yet left our warehouse.
