At Hears, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and enjoy your Hears products for years to come.
That's why Hears products come with a
two-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms outlined below.
This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to submit a warranty claim.
1. Warranty CoverageHears provides a two-year limited warranty on eligible Hears products purchased directly from the official Hears website.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal use during the two-year Warranty Period, starting from the original delivery date.
Normal use means using and caring for the product in accordance with its intended purpose and any applicable product instructions, specifications, and care guidelines provided by Hears.
If a qualifying defect occurs during the Warranty Period, Hears will assess the claim and provide an appropriate remedy if the claim is approved, in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Depending on the nature of the defect and applicable legal requirements, the remedy may include a replacement, repair where feasible, or a refund where appropriate.
2. What Is Covered? The Hears two-year warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that affect the product's quality, functionality, or intended use under normal conditions.

Other Verified DefectsOther issues determined to result from a defect in materials or workmanship and that fall within the scope of this warranty.
All claims are assessed individually to determine whether the reported issue qualifies for warranty coverage.
3. What Is Not Covered? The Hears warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage or issues resulting from circumstances outside the intended use of the product.
The following are generally not covered by the warranty:
Normal Wear and TearNatural deterioration resulting from regular use over time, including changes in the product's appearance, texture, or finish.

Hears assesses each warranty claim individually to determine the nature of the issue and whether it qualifies for coverage. Additional information, such as proof of purchase, photographs, or a description of the issue, may be requested as part of this process.
